About e-Ticket

e-Ticket automatically saves ticket purchase records, so passengers can easily make or change their ticket reservation, over the phone or online. Asiana Airlines, online and offline, issues the e-ticket itinerary via e-mail or fax after payment is complete. Print the issued e-ticket itinerary and present it at check-in to conveniently get your boarding pass.How to Check in with the E-Ticket

Present the e-ticket itinerary and check in at the Asiana Airlines counter. Passengers must keep their e-ticket itinerary until the entire itinerary is complete, as some countries may require you to present the itinerary at immigration or at customs.

    You no longer need to visit an Asiana Airlines ticket box to buy a ticket. Your e-ticket is issued when you make a reservation online or by phone, and make a payment using a credit card.

    Unlike paper tickets, with an e-ticket there is no risk of loss or damage. Asiana Airlines issues the Itinerary & Receipt via fax or e-mail instead of issuing the paper ticket, and issues the credit card slip online.

    Customers who have an e-ticket simply present their ID card and the Itinerary & Receipt at the airport. Present the Itinerary & Receipt received via e-mail or fax to the Asiana Airlines staff for faster check-in.

  4. 4. Complete reservation, ticket purchase and one-stop check-in at the Asiana Airlines website.

    Passengers who have purchased a ticket on the Asiana Airlines website may use the advance check-in service. You can get the seat of your choice online using the reservation number on your e-ticket.

All flights start at the airport Check-in Counter and is the first step in departing from the airport. For check-in, a passenger must present their own passport, and all necessary documents required for their destination(Visa). After verification our staff will be pleased to allocate your seating, check in your baggage, and you will get a boarding pass and a baggage tag.Documents Required for Check-in

  • The hours of operation of the check-in counter may vary at different airports.
  • A passenger who arrives at the counter after check-in has closed cannot board the flight. Asiana Airlines recommends that you arrive at the check-in counter at least two hours before the departure of your flight.

The Asiana Airlines check-in counter at Incheon International Airport uses the L and M zones in the west wing on the 3rd floor of the passenger terminal.

  • By Bus: Get off at the bus stop on the 3rd floor of the passenger terminal and enter Gate 12, 13 or 14.
  • By Car: Enter the exclusive road for cars on the 3rd floor of the passenger terminal and get off at Gate 12, 13 or 14.
  • When using the Korail Airport Railroad: Move to L and M zones of the west wing, the passenger terminal, 3F after moving from the transportation center to the Passenger Terminal via the Moving Walk.

  • 2. You can easily select a seat.
  • 3. You may receive a boarding pass through diverse methods including printing or sending the document via e-mail or SMS text.
  • 4. You may board a flight without stopping at the counter at every domestic and major foreign airports. (Refer to the available routes.)

Domestic flight : Available from 48 hours to 30 minute prior to departure
International flight : Available from 48 hours to 1 hours prior to departure (Routes from/to the Americas: 24 hours to 1 hour prior to departure)

Important Information

  • The chosen seat can change without prior notice due to airport circumstances and aircraft changes
  • Domestic flights: Please proceed through security at least starting 20 minutes before departure.
  • International flights
    Airports accepting Internet/mobile boarding pass: Please ensure that you have cleared airport security at least 60 minutes before the departure of the flight.
    Airports not accepting Internet /mobile boarding pass: Please present your passport at the airport counter and exchange your boarding pass for a paper boarding pass.
  • When you check-in using your mobile device, please make sure that your mobile boarding pass is sent directly to your own smartphone for identification during security inspection and hassle-free boarding at the airport.
  • It may be difficult for the scanner to recognize your mobile boarding pass if your device's screen brightness is too  international Airline
